Charlotte carried out her formal training with us here at Moore & Tibbits and was awarded the Birmingham Law Society Herbert Willison Prize for her achievements in the Graduate Diploma in Law. Now a permanent part of the Health & Community Team, Charlotte will be specialising in Court of Protection work focusing on property and financial matters for those who lack mental capacity to mange their own affairs.
