In January, she was awarded a Distinction for Contract Law and passed Civil Litigation. Although not a mandatory unit, Monika chose Civil Litigation from the available options as this is her specialist area at Moore & Tibbits. It is the most difficult CILEx exam at Level 3 and it has the lowest success rate, indeed in January only 49% of candidates passed it!
Since then, Monika has also passed two further exams in Client Care Skills and Legal Research and just last week took exams in Employment Law and The Practice of Employment. These are massive achievements and we wish Monika all the best in her latest results.
