Marcelle is a Conveyancing Executive in our Property Department and is based in our Cardiff Office. Marcelle deals with all aspects of buying and selling of houses and other property from instruction through to completion. Marcelle is also able to assist client with other matters relating to property such as Transfer of Ownership/Equity, Remortgages and Deeds of Trust.
Marcelle was born in Cardiff and started her legal career as a secretary at Gordon Williams Solicitors in 1981 progressing in various legal roles in firms across South Wales to finally practice as a Residential Conveyancer. Marcelle joined J A Hughes in the Summer of 2012 and now has over 15 years experience of dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions on both freehold and leasehold properties. Marcelle can also assist clients when purchasing new-builds, right to buy properties or purchasing via the Help to Buy scheme.
In her spare time Marcelle enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
