On 29th March 2011 BBC Radio 4 through its popular "File on 4 " series will be examining the dangers of Historic Cases and the issues of False Memory . During the making of the documentary Mark Newby , Solicitor Advocate @ QualitySolicitors Jordans has contributed to the programme .
Mark Newby along with his colleague Mark Barlow of Garden Court North Chambers Manchester are recognised as specialists in the field of Historic Cases and between them have defended many falsely accused as well as pursuing and appearing in many of the leading appeals .
Recently they were both quoted in the new edition of Rook and Ward on Sexual Offences which also has highlighted many of their cases .
