I have worked in conveyancing for almost 10 years.  I began conveyancing career within a volume conveyancing firm and have subsequently worked in high street firms bringing with me a wealth of knowledge and experience.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and specialise in both residential conveyancing.

I can assist with clients buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties, equity release, transfers of equity, and remortgages.

In terms of commercial work, I can assist clients with their sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold property from offices, shops and even warehouses.  I am also experienced in landlord and tenant matters including drafting and reviewing leases along with assignment of leases.  I have also assisted clients with commercial re-finance and purchase of commercial property via their own pension scheme.

Furthermore, I have experience in assisting local landowners and farmers with their sale and purchase of agricultural land including option and overage agreements.

Outside of work I like to travel and spend time with my family and friends.
