Odette Tovey

I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and initially joined Quality Solicitors Jordans’ team as a locum in July 2023 and became a permanent member of staff in September 2023. I have over 13 years experience of handling my own case load of Claimant personal injury claims such as road traffic accidents including MIB untraced and uninsured drivers claims, motorcycle accidents, accidents at work, accidents in public and private places, slipping/tripping accidents, animal attacks, children’s claims, product liability claims, criminal injuries compensation claims, fatal accidents claims and negligent care of the elderly.

In addition to undertaking personal injury work, in March 2020 I expanded into dealing with dispute resolution in the areas of Personal Injury defence, neighbour and boundary disputes, consumer disputes and debt recovery.

I am currently also training in the fields of contentious probate and some landlord/tenant disputes to expand on my areas of expertise.

In my spare time I enjoy long woodland walks with my dog, spending time with my daughter, DIY, gardening and baking, and with my beauty and massage qualifications I also enjoy performing nail, beauty and massage treatments on friends and family and am always finding new things to learn.
