Have that conversation...

In these current unprecedented times, it has sadly brought to the forefront of many families discussions about not only Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney but also advanced care planning.

If a member of your family became so ill that they may die, are you aware of their wishes?  They may be a person who doesn’t want to go to hospital or intensive care and would want to stay at home.  It is so important to have these discussions so that should your loved ones not be able to speak for themselves, you have had the conversation and know what they would have wanted.

You may be concerned that you don’t have a Will or that the one you have isn’t up-to-date with your current circumstances.  It is important to have these conversations with your families so that your wishes can be carried out. We are available to take your instructions via a tablet, smart phone or laptop during the coronavirus pandemic and are here to answer your call should you have any queries.
