Hopleys GMA has deep roots in this area — in plain terms, we’ve been practising law here for a very long time, under a few different names. The firm Hopley Pierce and Bird started in Wrexham in the 1880s, and Geoffrey Morris and Ashton was founded in 1969, later opening an office in Mold. The two firms united in 2012 to form Hopleys GMA. In 2017 we were joined by Mold-based Keene and Kelly, with a presence in Mold dating back to the 18th century, and in 2018 by Macloskey Solicitors. In professional terms, that’s a combined lineage of more than 400 years across the firms that now make up Hopleys GMA — while keeping a modern, progressive approach to legal services today.
