The purchase of our new property and the sale of our previous property all went very well and were both completed successfully and very professionally. Our only concern was the lack of communication in the latter stages of both our sale and purchase, as we had to ring numerous times to chase progress, rather than being kept informed. A suggestion would be that text messaging would have been a helpful method of keeping us informed and to request information etc. which we understand a number of solicitors now do.

We've now used Jessica for a house purchase, legal advise on personal guarantees and terms and conditions for our company and been really happy with the whole process and specially how well Jessica communicates with her clients in person, not just with emails like many others.
