I received exemplary service from Sian Thomas, who was personable, professional and very communicative. I felt fully supported and informed at every stage of the journey and I thoroughly appreciate the help I received.

The purchase of our new property and the sale of our previous property all went very well and were both completed successfully and very professionally. Our only concern was the lack of communication in the latter stages of both our sale and purchase, as we had to ring numerous times to chase progress, rather than being kept informed. A suggestion would be that text messaging would have been a helpful method of keeping us informed and to request information etc. which we understand a number of solicitors now do.

Jessica was great from the first contact and throughout the process – very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She arranged an appointment the following day, which was very accommodating. Highly recommend! Thank you very much again
