Our only concern was the lack of communication in the latter stages of both our sale and purchase, as we had to ring numerous times to chase progress, rather than being kept informed. A suggestion would be that text messaging would have been a helpful method of keeping us informed and to request information etc. which we understand a number of solicitors now do.
