I would make one small point: undoubtedly there are many tasks to be completed in the process of conveyancing and often, inevitably, a customer wants things to move faster than they can do. But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy. My request was completed in accordance with my wishes, for around the cost I was expecting. I think 3 different lawyers worked on my case, and this didn’t appear to add any delays to the process. All the people I dealt with were friendly and answered all my questions. I felt everyone was very approachable too, though I am not particularly demonstrative in character, so I imagine this might not always be the case, as lawyers are bound to be very busy people.

Navreet has been very efficient and helpful under some very difficult circumstances down the chain. There is only one thing I would ask for: once a client has instructed Moore and Tibbits to do conveyancing I think your service could be improved if the nominated solicitor were to phone the new client to introdudce themselves and talk through the sale/purchase process.
