Helen Dodd
Helen joined the Wills and Probate team at Moore & Tibbits in April 2022 having previously worked with Davidson Mahon and been a partner in two firms locally.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 1994, Helen provides advice to clients in relation to:
- Wills
- Inheritance tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estates Administration
- Obtaining Grants of Probate
- Declarations of trust
- Transfers of Equity
She also has vast experience handling commercial and residential property transactions for both private and business clients.
With over 30 years’ experience, Helen has developed a wealth of technical knowledge and extensive experience, providing clear and transparent advice to clients. Helen prides herself on taking the time to understand her clients’ needs and background, providing bespoke advice in a professional, friendly and approachable manner. Clients are able to have appointments in their own homes or at a location convenient to them as well as appointment times outside of “normal” office working hours.
In her spare time Helen enjoys playing and listening to music and is a keen traveller. She has explored a myriad of places and countries around the world and is always looking for her next adventure.
