Lauren is a commercial property paralegal with over 10 years’ experience working in the legal sector. She is a Graduate of Institute of Legal Executives (GCILEX) and is due to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in August 2023.
Lauren has experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property transactions which includes:
- Freehold and leasehold purchases and sales
- Refinancing
- Transfers of equity
- New Leases
- Lease Renewals
- Lease Extensions
Being highly motivated and with a profound knowledge of the local property market, Lauren prides herself on providing a high level of client care. She is dedicated to upholding the firm’s values of being accredited to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music and travelling.
