Calvin is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team.  He has over 15 years’ experience of handling civil and commercial disputes having qualified in 2005.  Working previously as a head of department at another law firm, Calvin has a wealth of experience advising clients in relation to:

  • Commercial disputes: breach of contract, partnership disputes, unpaid invoices/debt recovery, general commercial disputes
  • Contract disputes
  • Residential disrepair claims
  • Contentious probate disputes
  • Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) claims
  • Leasehold property disputes: breach of lease terms/covenants including repairing and maintenance obligations, and unpaid rent claims.

Calvin’s excellent commercial awareness gained from in-house and private practice positions enable him to provide our clients with practical commercial, legal and business advice, ensuring the clients receive the best possible result.

To try and attempt to resolve a dispute in the most commercial and practical way possible, Calvin will engage in various methods of alternative dispute resolution and mediation.  If court proceedings are necessary, Calvin has a wealth of experience dealing with various commercial disputes at all levels of complexity and value in both the County Court and High Court.
