Having instructed Bethan on a previous occasion and being happy with the service received we didn’t hesitate to ask her to act on our behalf again in the sale of our house and purchasing a new home. I found myself in a very difficult position of suddenly and unexpectedly needing an Employment Lawyer. Having rung around various organisations of differing sizes (inc Legal 500 firms), I found Lisa to be the most personable and pragmatic of those I spoke to, and instructed her to work on my behalf.

She ensured that my understanding was clear and expectations were realistic, but also demonstrated a clear desire to work with me and establish a negotiation approach that would support me in attaining the best possible outcome - for me. I was surprised by how long the whole process took. At one point I didn’t realise you were waiting for information from me. Overall the service was very good. I would make one small point: undoubtedly there are many tasks to be completed in the process of conveyancing and often, inevitably, a customer wants things to move faster than they can do. But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy. This might be something to think about. Regards.
