• CCRC Finally refer Miscarriage Case back to Court of Appeal

  Victor Nealon was convicted in 1997 and has been trying to prove his innocence from his prison cell ever since .
  
  Today the CCRC accepted the fresh evidence from QualitySolicitors Jordans that DNA evidence on the victims clothing was not his but belonged to another unknown male .
  
  His case has now been referred to the Court of Appeal by the Commission as it is considered unsafe .
