Commercial Solicitor - Worcester
We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor with a broad experience of company commercial work to join our Business Services Team in Worcester.
This role is to provide clients with efficient and effective legal advice and assistance in a variety of commercial aspects
specifically to include:
- Commercial Property and development and associated finance matters
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Regular networking and other marketing activities are essential as part of the business development.
- Business sales and aquisitions
- There may also be the opportunity to develop and specialise a commercial business area of interest.
A minimum 3-4 years commercial experience is required.
Salary negotiable dependant upon experience.
