Tenant Costs

Rent - First month’s rent being paid upfront. Rent is payable monthly in advance by standing order, date will be confirmed with both landlord and tenant. Unless otherwise stated, rent is exclusive of all other out goings.

Deposit - One month’s rent as standard, unless otherwise stated, along with the first month’s rent being paid upfront.

Early Termination of Tenancy Agreement - £50 inc VAT

Change of Tenancy Term - £50 inc VAT

Loss of Key/Security Device - £50 inc VAT

Rent Default Fee - £50 inc VAT
