Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator / Estate Agency Manager - St Johns

Are you an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator / Manager looking for a new exciting opportunity?

We have a vacancy for a Full Time (Saturdays on a rotational basis) Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator who would like to progress to Manager.

You will receive a competitive salary to match your skills and expertise.

As Worcester’s only Solicitor Estate Agent we are regulated not just by the Property Ombudsman Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents and Residential Letting Agents but also the Solicitors Regulation Authority.   All of our Estate Agency staff are salaried and do not work on a commission basis.

Responsibilities:

• A person that is able to  motivate a team to promote residential sales and lettings
• Good knowledge of the Worcestershire Sales and Lettings market
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a high standard of client care
• Personable appearance
• The ability to prioritise work and be able to follow and adhere to compliance procedures.
• Car owner / driver with the use of a vehicle for travelling to and from properties is essential.
