Administration Assistant - St Johns Worcester
QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright is a highly regarded and established law firm. We have the opportunity for an administration assistant to provide reception duties in our Estate Agents and Private Client department (Wills & Probate) at our St Johns Office.
Providing administration support to the team the role will include:
- Handling New Enquiries in person and on the telephone
- Meeting and greeting clients coming into the office
- Copying, Wills, Forms and other legal documentation
- Recording and Filing Wills
- Preparing documentation for storage
- Use of internal computer database and spreadsheets for recording information
- Registration of documents
- Accompanying solicitor on home visits
- Preparing appointment files
- Stamp and Date LPAs
- Checking Wills In/Out – copying and recording appropriately
- Accurate recording of file movement between offices
Skills & Experience Required:
- Well organised and able to prioritise
- Computer literate and prepared to learn new database skills
- Ability to take instruction and show attention to detail
- Good English and Spelling
- Hard working, team player willing to offer assistance
- Remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Sensitive to the needs of the elderly clients
- Ensure confidentiality at all times
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with one hour for lunch
