Full Time Administration Assistant
We are looking for a competent Administration Assistant to support our PA to the Managing Partner and HR Manager at our Worcester Office.
The successful candidate will provide secretarial and HR administrative duties. Previous experience working in a legal firm is advantageous.
You will be required to liaise directly with clients, staff, insurers and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail to provide the highest standard of client care.
Duties will include but not exhaustive, the following:
- Digital dictation
- Diary management, arranging appointments, Inductions
- Managing varied data bases
- Administrative and HR duties to include, recruiting, general correspondence, filing of correspondence and ensuring all files are kept up to date
- Liaise with staff, clients and professional bodies in a confident, friendly and outgoing manner, in person and over the telephone
This is an opportunity for an Administration Assistant who is looking for future progression. We will also provide training to obtain a foundation certificate in people practice.
