New Enquiries Team Assistant
Full time: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
The role requires someone to assist in handling all new enquiries into the firm, either through the internet, telephone or calling into the practice in person.
Skills Knowledge and Experience required for the Post:
- Good Client Care skills and previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good telephone manner essential
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Practical, organised with excellent administration skills
- Confident using IT – specifically Excel spreadsheets and legal software
- Willing to learn the kind of services that the firm is able to offer to clients
Full training will be provided.
