She brings over 12 years family law expertise and specialises in divorce, separation, children and family cases. She also advises on pre and post nuptial agreements, civil partnership disputes and cohabitation agreements/disputes with particular reference to financial property.
Sam is also a member of Resolution which encourages cases to be pursued and resolved in a non-confrontational manner.
