Laura is a Partner, Head of Probate & Court of Protection Advice and a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright.

She obtained her status as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2010 and is also an Associate Professional Member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

With over 14 years experience, Laura’s principle areas of work include all aspects of Wills, Probate, Intestacy and Administration of Estates, Trusts and Tax Advice as well as Elderly Client Advice. This includes Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Mental Capacity work and Care Home funding. In addition, Laura deals with Equity Release matters.

Home and Hospital visits are available if required.
