We advise on admission arrangements particularly over-subscription criteria to ensure compliance with the School Admissions Code. We also clerk independent admission appeal panels and advise on the issues arising therefrom.

In both the independent and public sectors, where LEA support is no longer available, we act for and advise our school clients in an increasing range of commercial schemes and projects. These may be designed to access new income streams, formalise previously undocumented trading relationships or to protect the value connected with branding and other intellectual property rights.

The law requires you to protect other people's personal information or data. Knowing what counts as personal data is important, as is how you manage or process this data, how you store it and what you need to do when you receive a 'subject access request.'

We advise on all aspects of the planning process and are happy to engage with the local planning authority in connection with outline planning submissions, through grant to appeals where required. We can equally advise on construction documentation for our school clients and regularly work alongside other members of a professional team throughout the course of a build project through to completion.
