Neil Malone

Neil is a Solicitor in the Commercial Team at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright.

He qualified as a Solicitor in 2005.

Neil has considerable experience providing legal advice to businesses ranging from small to medium size (including sole traders, companies, and partnerships) to large corporates, and most recently local government. Primarily a contracts lawyer, Neil’s main practice involves the provision of advice and guidance, including drafting and negotiation, in relation to the acquisition or supply of goods or services in a commercial setting, but he also drafts and advises on constitutional deeds such as partnership deeds, prepares advice notes on regulatory issues, and has a working understanding of property law and practice.
