Where will my property be advertised?

As we all know, the internet is an extremely powerful tool so we make sure to advertise your property on the best websites including Rightmove and Zoopla as well as our own company website and social media. HOWEVER as part of our service we spend a considerable amount of time in the office speaking with our database of buyers to match them with properties and arrange viewings. We also produce an attractive paper brochure and have a prominent office location with eye catching window displays. When you instruct us to sell your property, our team work hard to secure a sale for our clients with their proactive approach.

Who does the viewings?

We believe a viewing is the point where the vast majority of buyers will make their decision and one of the most critical in terms of helping vendors maximize their sale price, therefore, we offer fully accompanied viewings 6 days a week with late night appointments also available. We will confirm each and every appointment with our clients to make sure it is at a time to suit them and update them with feedback each and every time.

How long does the conveyancing take?

The timescale for legal work varies depending on the nature of the transaction and length of the chain involved. However as a rough guide you can be expecting a 6-10 week turnaround time from when your sale is agreed. We are lucky enough to have a dedicated sales progressor who works closely with all parties; from when an offer is accepted to handing over the keys on completion day including checking the chain to organizing surveys and chasing for legal updates, we really do look after you every step of the way.

What are your fees?

We work on a no sale no fee basis and have no upfront charges as we believe anything other than this shows a lack of commitment from the agent’s side. We offer a bespoke all-inclusive marketing package and can talk you through all aspects of this during a FREE market appraisal Our terms of business are completely transparent with no small print, jargon or hidden charges.
