Louise Adams

Louise is a Partner who qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She joined QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright in January 2021 having worked in Worcestershire firms for 13 years. As such she knows the local market well and has acted for many local and national businesses and charities/not for profits during that time.

Louise specialises in commercial law, and has particular interests in commercial contract work, GDPR and data protection issues, shareholder and partnership agreements, company restructures, and buying and selling businesses. She also undertakes commercial property work.

Louise also has dealt with many charities and not for profit matters to include revising governing documents, Charity Commission applications, asset transfers between charities, and advising charities on property transactions and commercial contract matters.

Louise is considered by her clients to be a “safe pair of hands” and takes time to understand her client’s businesses and objectives to ensure they get the most out of their legal services.
