Marketing Manager at Quality Solicitors

About the role
Working within our head office marketing department in St Ives, Cambridgeshire you will report to and work with the Marketing Director on QualitySolicitors marketing strategy.

Creating and implementing marketing strategies for our Partner Firms, you will have a broad knowledge of the marketing mix. Vast experience in stakeholder management and building relationships is essential.

A very hands on role with a strong focus on the strategy and the bigger picture. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team.

Main roles and responsibilities (not in order of importance and not limited to)
•       Development of the marketing and communications plans in line with the business strategy
•       Visiting our Partner Firms throughout the UK to assist with their local marketing strategies and planning, identifying key areas of development to create new opportunities
•       Building and maintaining relationships with our Partner Firms
•       Development and management of our PR strategy, working with our agency identifying opportunities to promote Partner Firms
•       Management of all head office social media accounts
•       Management and development of existing business relationships
•       Writing compelling copy and content to be used across a wide variety of media i.e. blogs, website content, brochures, guides, newsletters
•       Proofreading and editing existing copy
•       Working with the team to devise and deliver content marketing strategies
•       Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns, providing actionable insights
•       Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends, new media and techniques

Person specification

  • Relevant marketing degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in marketing strategy and planning
  • Customer focussed with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Hands-on content creation and proof reading experience
  • Hands-on social media management experience
  • Creative flair, championing new ideas to fulfilment
  • Commercial thinker with a proven track record of delivering success
  • Well organised and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-starter, results focused and driven
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Acute attention to detail with strong problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Able to travel throughout the UK


  • Knowledge of the UK legal system
  • Relevant professional marketing qualification e.g. CIM
  • Full UK driving license
