Chloe has specialised in family law since qualifying in 2012 and has worked in the legal industry since 2001. She is wholeheartedly committed to getting the best results for her clients and has a non-confrontational approach to the resolution of family matters where possible. Chloe provides a bespoke service for each of her clients, based on their needs and those of their family and works with them to find pragmatic and realistic solutions to what can be emotionally charged situations.

Chloe has dealt with high net worth and complex financial remedy matters, including issues surrounding assets held in trust, complicated family structures, international elements and jurisdiction complexities. She can prepare Cohabitation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Separation Deeds to preserve wealth both pre and post marriage. Chloe has a particular interest in private law Children Act proceedings including obtaining Child Arrangement Orders and dealing with applications for international leave to remove and child relocation.

Chloe obtained a Law Degree from Kingston University and completed her LPC at the College of Law in Guildford. She is a member of Resolution and is also hoping to train to become a family mediator and Resolution Specialist within the next year.  She is also an active member of Howard League for penal reform.

Chloe enjoys socialising and travelling, (ideally to very hot countries) and spending time with her family especially her 9 year old daughter. She also volunteers at the Surrey Law Centre where she provides pro bono advice in her spare time.
