Tim Palmer-Auld

Tim joined Brett Holt in 2014 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Before this Tim graduated from Keele Univeristy with a degree in Law with History. After this he completed the Legal Practitioners Course at the University of Law Guildford.

Tim deals with Private Client matters and is based in our Stoneleigh office. Private Client matters are varied but he mainly deals with drafting Wills, the creation of Lasting Powers of Attorneys and dealing with the administration of an estate when someone has passed away.

Tim uses his experience to help guide clients through matters in an friendly and approachable way. Tim knows that thinking about these sorts of matters can be very difficult for some, and that the whole process can seem difficult and long winded. He aims to help clients through matters so that they feel they fully understand the whole process and finish in a efficient time.

Outside work he enjoys watching Crystal Palace as often as he can around spending time walking his dog.
