You’ll receive same day call back or email reply to your enquiry. If appropriate, your lawyer will offer you the option of a Fixed Fee for the legal work we undertake on your behalf and we’ll talk to you about the pros and cons of fixed costs versus hourly rates.
No one likes having to chase a solicitor about the progress of their case, that’s why we’ll keep you updated at each stage – even if there’s no change we’ll let you know, because no one likes to be left wondering.
When you do come and see us, you’ll always be greeted with a welcoming smile by our friendly receptionists and seen quickly by the person handling your case – we will try our utmost not to keep you waiting, because we know your time is precious! If for any reason we are slightly delayed, you’ll always be offered a drink while you wait.
We open 8.30am – 12noon on Saturdays, because we appreciate that not everything can be fitted in Monday – Friday!
Let’s be honest, legal cases can mean lots of paperwork, so if you need it to help you, ask for a file to keep all of your documents in one place.
It can be difficult to juggle your commitments with childcare - so don’t worry bring your children with you – we have a toy box in reception, where they can choose something to play with, at the same time as you talk to your solicitor about your case.
With 2 hours free parking in the large public car park accessed at the side of our offices (click here to see a map and directions), it couldn’t be easier to come and see us. However, if for any reason your appointment lasts longer than that, we’ll be happy to reimburse your parking fee.
