We're a countrywide network of law firms with all the expert resources needed to provide specialist legal advice on a local basis for individuals and businesses alike.
QualitySolicitors Bradbury Roberts & Raby, based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire was founded in 1984. The firm is dedicated to providing customer service excellence and the highest level of regulated and accredited legal advice to a client base that extends nationwide. Our commitment to quality and compliance was reinforced by becoming a LEXCEL accredited practice in 1999.
Our large team of specialist lawyers are highly experienced and individually accredited within their respective fields. Our main areas of law are: Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills & Probate, Personal Injury, Employment Law and Commercial Law.
In June 2011, the practice became part of the QualitySolicitors network of modern progressive law firms and is the only QualitySolicitors member firm in North Lincolnshire. In line with their quality standards and ethos, we are committed to redefining customer service within the legal marketplace.
QualitySolicitors Bradbury Roberts & Raby was the first law firm in North Lincolnshire, and one of the first 20 firms in the country, to achieve the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation, which has recently been renewed for the sixth successive year.
In addition, we were also one of the first law firms in England & Wales to achieve successful accreditation for the Law Society Wills & Inheritance Quality Scheme when it launched in late 2013.
In 2012 the practice became one of only approximately 40 law firms across the country to be admitted as an HSBC Authorised Conveyancing Panel Solicitor for their Mortgage customers and in May 2014, it was awarded the ultimate accolade of ‘HSBC Panel Solicitor of the Year’.
