I am a Solicitor with QualitySolicitors Bradbury Roberts and Raby, based in the Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Departments.
I have over 25 years post qualification experience in these areas of work, which includes time spent as a Partner in a Legal 500 firm. I studied for my Law Degree at UCW Aberystwyth before completing my Solicitors Finals at Chester College of Law in 1989, and following this I completed my Articles with a firm of Solicitors in Cardiff.
Over the course of the last 10-15 years, I have handled many claims on behalf of catastrophically injured accident victims, many of whom had suffered brain, or spinal cord injury.
I have dealt with claims on behalf of victims of the Potters Bar train crash, several coach crashes and a helicopter crash on behalf of a number of soldiers who were injured.
Many of my cases have resulted in multi-million pound settlements and/or lump sum payments of compensation coupled with a Periodic Payment Order, which guarantees the costs of professional lifetime care.
I pride myself on being proactive and seeking out the best available rehabilitation, whilst utilising the skills of an experienced case worker to optimise my clients’ recovery and ensure that their day to day needs are properly met.
Recently I have been heavily involved in the firm’s rapidly expanding Medical Negligence department and I am developing a keen interest in dental negligence claims.
In my spare time I enjoy following the fortunes of the Welsh rugby team, Cardiff City Football Club and brushing up on my Welsh language skills.
