Pricing for Mortgage and Re-mortgage of a Property
Our Costs
The cost for our team to carry out your home mortgage or re-mortgage starts at £650.00 plus VAT and disbursements.
The total cost will be dependent upon what is involved in the transaction and the amount of time taken as every transaction is tailored to the individual’s circumstances. You will be provided with details of the likely costs at the outset.
VAT is chargeable at 20%
Disbursements, which are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as the Land Registry will also need to be paid. Depending on the nature of your transaction, we will explain any likely disbursements and their costs. Possible disbursements include:
- ID check per person: £5
- Estimated search fees: £190-£250 or no search indemnity insurance
- HM Land Registry fee – dependent upon the value of the property: minimum of £20
- Final searches: £2-£3 each
- Official Copies of Title: £3 per copy.
