Consultant Law Costs Draftsman
Charlotte Knight started working with Moore & Tibbits in January 2023 as an external Consultant Law Costs Draftsman.
Working with our Court of Protection team, Charlotte assists the team drafting Bills of Costs for both legal aid and private clients as well as preparing Schedules of Costs.
Her detailed knowledge of the costs system both from the solicitor’s perspective but also from the requirements of the Legal Aid Agency ensure costs recovery is maximised.
Charlotte’s work regularly involves:
- Short form bills
- Annual general management bills
- Legal Aid CCMS Claims
- Court Assessment Bills
- Very High Cost Case Plans
Outside of work Charlotte enjoys time spending time with her family, long walks with the family dog, gigs and a recently rekindled love of cycling!
