Claire Houghton


Claire qualified as a solicitor in 1999 working at a large Solihull firm for over ten years, where she completed her training contract and was soon promoted to equity partner.

Claire is delighted to be working in Warwick, where she has lived for over eighteen years.  Claire originally practised in the property department where she specialised in a broad range of property matters, including high value freeholds and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and lease extensions. 

Claire recently transferred to our private client department where she now practises in wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and estate planning. 

Claire is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and offers a friendly, approachable and highly efficient service.  She is also proud to be a dementia friend.
