Esme Hill

Esme is the Marketing Co-Ordinator for Moore & Tibbits, based in Westgate House, Warwick.

Esme's role involves co-ordinating all of the marketing and advertising for all of the teams.  From making sure the website is accurate, up-to-date and compliant with SRA regulations to creating target adverts for specific areas of law, Esme is passionate about doing everything she can to promote Moore & Tibbits!

Esme writes a monthly internal newsletter which includes legal news articles that have been written for the website as well as putting the “spotlight” on individual members each month.  She regularly reviews google analytics and creates data on the source of referrals so the Directors are aware of the website performance and how our clients find us.

Esme also create newsletters for individual teams such as Employment and Care to ensure those who have subscribed are kept up-to-date with the latest changes in the law.

A huge part of Esme's job is promoting the health and community care team at Moore & Tibbits by co-ordinating various free talks at support groups and events such as Alzheimers and Parkinsons.  An annual seminar is also held for professionals, support workers and frontline staff on the legal updates that affect the care sector.  Esme prepares the PowerPoint presentations and various handouts and co-ordinates everything at the venue.

Previously Esme was a Legal Secretary, working at Eversheds (Brussels and Norwich) and Henmans (Oxford) in the UK and Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith in Calfiornia, USA.  Whilst working at Eversheds, Esme received the National Legal Secretary of the Year Award (Silver) hosted by The Lawyer publication. I also worked as a Business Information and Research Executive within the marketing team at Eversheds.

Working for over 30 years in the legal sector enables Esme to understand sometimes complex areas of law and ‘translate’ this into understandable content on our website.
