At QualitySolicitors Palmers we endeavour to hire and promote staff on the basis of their skills and effort and not on gender or any other characteristic. We are required to publish data about our staff. However, this is required to be anonymous - you should not be able to identify any member of staff from the data. However, with only 10 members of staff there is a high risk that individuals could be identified so we have taken the decision to combine categories and/or to publish numbers in the groups 0-1, 2-3, 4-5 etc. and not to break down the categories by role or job description, except in the first section (where the information is published anyway). Information is updated every September.
