Yes, once you are made bankrupt, you have to follow several bankruptcy restrictions. These include things like telling a lender that you are bankrupt if you wish to borrow certain amounts. In addition, your business dealings will be limited. For example, you cannot act as a company director whilst bankrupt or create, manage or promote a company without seeking permission from the courts.
