I’ve received a CCJ but disagree that I owe any money to the creditor. What should I do?

If you don’t agree that you owe the money, you should complete the relevant paperwork included with the CCJ and send it back within the given time limits. Your local court will then arrange a hearing date so that you and the creditor can both put forward your case. If you need help completing the paperwork, or advice about the process, call one of our expert solicitors on 0808 304 7144.
