SEND and The Law | Warwick

We are pleased to be supporting the 'SEND and The Law' workshop with Entrust Care Partnership and Warwickshire Parent Carer Forum.

Members of our Education Law Team will be talking to the group about SEND and The Law, which by the end of the workshop attendees will: 

• Understand the current SEND Legal Framework 
• Be familiar with Education, Health & Care Plans 
• Know their rights and entitlements 
• Be able to positively challenge decisions in the best interest of their child
