Overall the service was very good. I would make one small point: undoubtedly there are many tasks to be completed in the process of conveyancing and often, inevitably, a customer wants things to move faster than they can do. But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy. This might be something to think about. Regards.

I was surprised by how long the whole process took. At one point I didn’t realise you were waiting for information from me. My request was completed in accordance with my wishes, for around the cost I was expecting. I think 3 different lawyers worked on my case, and this didn’t appear to add any delays to the process.
