But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy. I was surprised by how long the whole process took. At one point I didn’t realise you were waiting for information from me.
