Despite the Covid19 situation and having to work with a difficult vendor, Rosie and her team pulled out all the stops to make my transaction happen in the smoothest possible way. Quick and very effective!

Overall the service was very good. I would make one small point: undoubtedly there are many tasks to be completed in the process of conveyancing and often, inevitably, a customer wants things to move faster than they can do. But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy. This might be something to think about. Regards.
