Do I have the right to refuse to be kept alive?

You have the right to refuse any treatment for any reason even if this might lead to your death – as long as you have the mental capacity to do so. A Living Will is a way of doing this when you lose that mental capacity – however it must be in a specified form which we can advise you on.
