Ighodaro attended the University of Benin, Nigeria where he obtained his first law degree (LLB) with honours. He was called to the Nigerian Bar and became admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in March 1995.
Subsequently he attended the College of Law, Chancery Lane, London and upon completion of his studies became admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales. He also holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
He is an accredited mediator, having trained at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London.
He has over 23 years’ experience in the practice of law both in the UK and abroad and has acted for several private and corporate clients over the years, including multinational companies operating in the Oil and Gas sub sector of Nigeria.
His present areas of practice are Dispute Resolution including employment and mediation, Banking and Finance, and Immigration.
He has a high track record of success in representing clients both in the UK and abroad and conducts cases as a solicitor before various Tribunals, Local Authorities, County Courts, and at the Royal Courts of Justice.
In his limited spare time, he enjoys watching and analysing football and studying Politics.
Augustus started practicing law in 1981 when he was admitted as a Barrister in Ghana. He has practiced in more than one jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Nations as a civil practitioner, Prosecutor and Defence lawyer.
He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1992 and thereafter practiced as a criminal Defence Barrister. He was then admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2000 and has been practising as a solicitor ever since.
He presently practices Regulatory Compliance Law (civil or criminal), Human Rights and Immigration Law. Having regard to his wide-ranging experience, he is able to serve his clients well in all their legal needs.
In his spare time, he writes fiction and studies Physics.
Priyesh completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with honours from the University of Essex. Thereafter he attended the College of Law, London, where he completed the Legal Practice Course with a Commendation.
He presently works as a Trainee Solicitor in the firm and prior to joining QualitySolicitors Orion he was working in the legal software development sector.
He particularly enjoys developing and implementing legal solutions to challenging legal problems to the satisfaction of clients.
He is very empathetic and approachable with clients allowing him to build the necessary relationship for the best result possible.
In addition to English, he can assist clients in Punjabi and Hindi languages.
In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, focussing on heavy lifting, or playing and watching football.
Accounts and Admin Co Ordinator
Olena is the head of the Accounts and Admin team here at Orion.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the National Agrarian University, Kiev, Ukraine. Later obtaining her AAT Level 4 Diploma in Accounting in London.
She has held several positons in accounting and management before joining the firm.
She assists our clients, suppliers and counterparties with all accounts and administrative matters relating to the firm, and can do so in English, Russian, Ukraine, and Polish languages.
In her spare time, she enjoys looking after her flowers, spending time with her dog, and listening to music.
Atousa completed her Bachelor of Law (LLB) Degree with Honours from Kingston University in 2013. She subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2014 with a Commendation.
Prior to joining QualitySolicitors Orion she obtained extensive experience working in Family Law. She ensures our clients receive the best possible care and service and she assists in a friendly, yet professional manner.
She speaks fluent Farsi and is studying independently to better her knowledge on speaking, writing and reading Spanish which she has studied from GCSE up until university.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching foreign films, reading fiction novels and traveling. Her favourite place she has visited was Santorini, where she found the culture, the food, the history and the beautiful scenic views awe-inspiring. She also enjoys playing badminton and going to the gym.
