Office Manager/Finance Manager

Overview of my responsibilities: 

  • HR Management and recruitment – supervising the day to day running of the office and ensuring all recruitment needs are met.
  • Financial Management – overseeing the accounts department and dealing with debt recovery.
  • IT and business security – ensuring our IT systems are always kept up-to date and dealing with cyber security planning and policies.
  • Health & Safety – ensuring a safe environment for both staff and clients.

I first joined AcklamBond in 2003 and worked in the conveyancing department as a secretary where I progressed to assist in the running of files. When a vacancy arose in 2008 in the accounts department I took the opportunity to do what I enjoy most which is working on the financial aspect of a law firm. In 2011 I then became the Finance/HR manager of AcklamBond expanding on my work within the accounts department and also taking on other roles such as HR management.

I enjoy providing an excellent client service and work with the rest of the team in ensuring that client's needs are always met.
