Henna qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has exclusively practiced Family Law ever since. Prior to joining Howlett Clarke’s Southwick branch in 2018, Henna gained her expertise in two other city law firms and today is an accredited Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.
Henna has a vast range of expertise across all areas of Family Law. She has specialist knowledge of applications for Special Guardianship and Parental Responsibility as well as advising on nuptial agreements with a particular emphasis on financial issues following divorce. Henna also offers expertise on all matters concerning children.
Henna is dedicated to providing the best possible support she can, with a strong, client focused ethic in her work practices and an ability to achieve optimum results. During her career Henna’s knowledge and caring nature have helped many who have found themselves in situations involving child abuse, forced marriages, FGM, sexual abuse and mental health conditions/learning disabilities. Her kind, understanding and gentle approach to working means vulnerable clients in particular find her services invaluable and hugely reassuring during difficult times.
Away from work, Henna enjoys travelling, cooking and is a keen amateur photographer.
