Warren Robertson

‘Having recently moved home for the first time in years and around the same time having moved business premises for the very first time as a co-owner of Howlett Clarke I experienced things from the client’s perspective. The end result is that amazing feeling as you stand in your new home for the first time or after having got the keys or in your new offices. Our job is to make the journey to that moment as painless as possible and to make sure the important things are properly dealt with.’

Warren qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and, after working for other local firms, joined Howlett Clarke in 2003 becoming a Partner in 2007. Today, Warren heads up the Property team dealing with both residential and commercial business properties. With nearly 20 years specialising in property of all kinds both locally and nationally he has built a solid reputation based on consistent results.

Warren offers extensive expertise, not only in all property related matters, but also in working with many different types of client, from first time buyers right the way through to businesses with multiple locations. His skills as a legal professional include quickly recognising the elements of a case that really matter, which are often the things which are not immediately obvious, and progressing things quickly.

Warren’s down-to-earth and personable nature helps to put clients at ease. His natural approach to working with clients is to always ensure they feel reassured in the knowledge that Howlett Clarke are always fighting their corner, with a belief that nothing is truly insurmountable.

At home, Warren enjoys living near the South Downs with his partner and their menagerie of rescue dogs and rabbits, and is a keen supporter of animal welfare and green issues. He is also passionate about music and still finds time to attend the occasional rock or heavy metal gig.
