- You must be over 18 years of age
- You must make the will voluntarily
- You must make the will in writing
- You must be of sound mind when making the will
- You mut sign the will in the presence of 2 witnesses over 18
- You must have the will signed by 2 witnesses over 18, in your presence
You can request that someone signs the will on your behalf if you’re unable to do it. Both you and your witnesses must have a clear view of the act of signing.
