Bank Of England Cuts Interest Rates To 0.25%
As many of our clients will be aware, the Bank of England decided to cut interest rates to 0.25% on the 04 August 2016.
This will of course be welcome news to many home buyers, especially first time buyers, who have over recent years enjoyed competitive mortgage rates (the average being 2.9%).
As long as borrowers plan ahead for the prospect of higher rates in the future, there has never been a better time for new borrowers to purchase a property, particularly on a fixed rate mortgage.
Our conveyancing team, led by Julie Meeks, are on hand to help you through the legal process, whether you are buying a house, selling or both. With no hidden charges, Julie and her team pride themselves on the excellent client care they provide during the process and are always at hand to help with any queries you may have.
